On the afternoon of 24th September, the Forum on Celebrating the 30th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Arbitration Law and Legal Services for Cross-border Financial Dispute Resolution was held in Harbin Arbitration Commission. Xu Jianjun, Chairman of Beijing Xu’s lawfirm, was invited to attend the forum and delivered a keynote speech on ‘Legal Services for Cross-border Financial Dispute Resolution’.

In his speech, Xu Jianjun introduced the negative impacts of sanctions on China-Russia trade and shared his thoughts on international payments, force majeure and dispute resolution in resolving financial disputes involving Russia.

The speeches of Xu Jianjun and the representatives of the participating parties shed light on the realities of cross-border trade and helped to promote the rule of law in relation to foreign affairs and the construction of international first-class arbitration institutions, as well as to promote the healthy development of cross-border financial services.
