Mr. Xu Jianjun represented the National Library in the retrial of the case of Beijing Sanmianxiang Copyright Agency Co., Ltd. v. National Library of China for infringement of its right to copy, information network dissemination and right to receive remuneration for copyrighted works, and claimed the errors of the final judgment of the Beijing Intellectual Property Court, which was supported by the Beijing Senior People Court.
