Mr. Xu Jianjun has accumulated rich experience in litigation and arbitration. Since starting practice in 2002, he has participated in or represented a number of financial (guarantee, trust, financial leasing, etc.) cases before the Supreme People's Court, courts at all levels, China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and Beijing Arbitration Commission, and has recovered huge losses for many state-owned enterprises.
Mr. Xu Jianjun is active in the financial capital market and has the qualifications of private equity funds and securities investment funds. Mr. Xu Jianjun has worked on the board of directors of a large state-owned listed company and has a deep understanding of capital market laws and regulations and operating procedures, and has been involved in the restructuring, listing and merger of several enterprises and the restructuring and restructuring of state-owned enterprises.
